The words ‘skinny jeans’ were so fun to say with a little lisp and I would joke that it would make a great song for a jeans commercial. I didn’t forget. I eventually came up with a funky bass line for the verses with some groovy hammer-ons for the chorus. The lyrics revolved around a night out - getting ready, going out, and coming back with a partner. The Led Zeppelin-esque moans in the bridge were crucial, too.
