So when I mix, I often sort the vocals into their order, tempo etc with fx, and make 16 bars of music to go with them.

Then a lot of the time, I copy the whole thing down the time line, keep the vocals ,delete the music of that copied section and start again with a different pattern, chords or feel.

Sometimes I do that four or five times. Then after, pick one or combine parts and finish the mix.

However, here are the four and half sections of my initial ideas, stitched together in what they used to call a Megamix :-)

Potentially 1. Disco, 2. Smooth latin House 3. Club. 4 Deep House…..???
